People trapped at the borders, mothers trying to soothe their children while attempting to avoid bombs and quick-fire, homes that no longer look like themselves, more than five hundred thousand displaced people, numbers of dead and injured people that are growing day by day.

These are the scenes from today’s Ukraine, from our Europe, the scenes we believed that we would never see again after the wars in the former Yugoslavia.

The sorrow and pain inflicted on Ukrainians are immeasurable. Their lives have been stopped and endangered and their entire reality called into question by the aggression of an immensely more powerful neighbor.

The KROKODIL Association stands strongly with the citizens of Ukraine and sincerely believes and hopes that the suffering this nation is going through will end as soon as possible. and that reason and humanity will prevail.
