At this year’s KROKODIL Festival, support the work of the Slapp Back Fund and contribute to an important initiative. Your donations will be rewarded with special gifts!

If you donate 500 dinars, you will receive a branded pen that will always remind you of your contribution. For a donation of 1000 dinars, you get a branded tote bag, perfect for everyday use. If you choose to donate 2000 dinars, you will receive a set that includes a notebook and a pen. The Slapp Back Fund booth will be located near the Food Court, where you can meet Mila Stanković, who will provide you with more detailed information about the Fund, its goals, and activities.

The Slapp Back Fund was created in response to the need to support activists who are exposed to SLAPP lawsuits, which are a form of pressure against public engagement and freedom of expression. The initiative stemmed from a solidarity action for Aida Ćorović, who was convicted for her activism. During that action, more money was raised than was needed for her fine, which served as the basis for forming the fund.

The Slapp Back Fund offers consulting support from a legal team, as well as financial support for legal representation needs. This means that activists facing SLAPP lawsuits will be provided with expert assistance in the legal process, as well as financial support for the costs of legal battles.
