On Saturday, March 13th at 10 am join Lars Ekberg, the official chef of the Swedish Embassy, on a 1-day culinary workshop at KROKODIL Center and learn how to prepare Swedish sweets for only 1000din per person. Reserve your spot on time, and be one of the 10 people who will have the incredible opportunity to learn how to make authentic Scandinavian sweets  from a real professional. 

Cook together with Lars Ekberg, an expert of Swedish cuisine, who will guide you, step by step through the recipes of three of the most popular sweets from this part of the world. With Lars’ expertise, demonstration and advice, master the art of creating traditional Scandinavian sweets in no time! And best of all, at the end of the workshop, you’ll get to eat your own sweet creation! 

The 1000 dinar ticket includes: cooking space, the instructor, as well as all the ingredients needed for cooking. So, besides maybe an apron, all you need to bring to this workshop is good will and a good mood

During the month of March, KROKODIL Center will be the central place to a program entitled Sweden in Residence, that gathers Swedish literature, cuisine and culture in one space. The program consists of four different and unique events scheduled on for Saturdays in March. In addition, during the entirety of the month both in the KROKODIL Center and through Wolt and Donesi delivery apps, those interested can try our specially created Eat&Read menu of traditional Swedish cuisine, offering tastes which are, even in Sweden, rare and can be ordered only in a few selected restaurants.
